Game Server Rental Terms and Conditions

By renting a game server from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a smooth, reliable experience, and these rules help ensure fair use and clear expectations for both parties.

1. Term & Termination

• Notice Period: Both parties must provide 14 days advanced notice prior to the end of the current billing cycle to terminate the product renewal.

• Cancellation Process: If you wish to cancel, please submit your notice by opening a Discord ticket.

• PayPal Subscriptions: If you cancel your recurring PayPal subscription, this will automatically trigger a termination of your server effective from your next billing date.

• Service Modification: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately for violations of our Acceptable Use policy (e.g., malicious activity, exploiting, or violating local laws).

2. Payments, Renewals, & Grace Period

• Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring basis. Invoices for renewals will be generated prior to your due date.

• Grace Period: If a renewal payment is not received by the due date, we offer a 5-day grace period. Your server will remain active during this time.

• Unpaid Renewals: If the invoice remains unpaid after the 5-day grace period expires, your server will be suspended.

• Data Deletion: Servers that remain unpaid and suspended for more than 14 days will be permanently terminated, and all associated server data and save files will be deleted.

3. Server Updates & Maintenance

• Game Updates: When a new game update or patch is released by the developers, we will apply the update to your server within 24 hours.

• Scheduled Maintenance: We will notify you in advance of any planned infrastructure maintenance that may cause significant downtime.

• Emergency Maintenance: In the event of critical security flaws or hardware failures, we may perform emergency maintenance without prior notice to protect your data and our network.

4. Acceptable Use & Liability

• Resource Usage: Rented servers are for their intended gaming purposes only. Any attempt to use the server for malicious network activity (such as DDoS attacks) or crypto-mining will result in immediate termination without a refund.

• Backups & Data: While we take precautions to keep your server stable, we are not liable for lost game progress, corrupted save data, or mod-related crashes. We highly recommend that you keep local backups of your game files.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of server hosting, payments are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned and handed over, except in cases where we fail to deliver the promised service.
